Your Contribution
As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will work in collaboration with the Project Management team.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules;
Assist the multidiscipline project managers with daily project work;
Small proposal preparation;
Order office supplies and maintain the copy room;
Help organize office social events;
Document preparation such as writing, revising and formatting various documents such as reports, inspection reports, letters, excel tables, correspondence, NMS specifications, meeting minutes etc.;
Printing and binding of reports;
Attend meetings, produce and distribute meeting minutes;
Develop project specific forms and templates;
Insurance requests; and
Permit applications.
Your Profile
Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration is an asset;
Minimum of 3-year experience in an administrative role in an office environment required;
Experience working in a similar capacity in a Consulting, Engineering, or Science firm would be an asset;
Exceptional written and oral English communication skills;
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office program features specifically; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Skilled with the preparation of PDF reports including links, bookmarks, and searching tools for easy access;
Strong research and writing skills, ability to present information concisely and clearly;
Strong problem solving skills;
Excellent organizational skills, ability to implement and maintain systems of organization;
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize; multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
