I have never left a bad review, but this was the absolute worst place I have ever gone to do my eyebrows! You walk in and there are two girls staring at their phones with horrendous attitudes. Maybe their work is better? WRONG. They completely erased any eyebrow shape I had and trimmed them so thin. The lady barely put any effort too, I was out of the chair in two minutes. PICK A DIFFERENT PLACE.

Will not be coming back. Karen always did a good job since they opened, since shes left all the girls that work there do a 50/50 job. I kept coming because because I wanted to support a business on my side of town. Today I asked for my eyebrows to be left thick just clean them up and they were super thin and ugly ( wanted to cry). Lately the service has been on the bad. Will be looking for another place.

Pay no attention to detail. I think there is so many people that they just thread without listening..i asked for clean up and keep brows thick and I walk out with thin brows..also While trimming my eyebrows with the scissors my eye brow was cut to short where I now have a white bald spot from the hair being cut to short.Eyebrow threading

The woman did the minimal amount of effort to clean up my brows and made no attempt to make any shape. My brows were clean and when I asked if she could make a little bit more of an arch, she said sure but it’ll cost you another $1. I was shocked! A much nicer lady came over and gave me more of an arch and didn’t charge me extra for it. Customer service in general isn’t terribly rude but it’s not good. Usually eye brow threading is in and out with not much talking anyways. A smile would’ve been nice. Would not come back nor would I recommend… find another salon with better reviews or pay the extra money for better service.

I personally feel the “Sign in” to be to invasive. I simply just want my eyebrows done. It requires you to put your name and last name, phone number, address and temperature which they take at the door. The woman that work there stay speaking in their native language which makes it uncomfortable. Definitely not going back.

I don’t know her name but, she did a amazing J.O.B! On my eyebrows. I havnt had them threaded in a few months and when I sat up from her chair as she handed me the mirror all I remember saying was…. WOW really loud lol… they were so nice and I cant stop looking at how nice they came out!!!
